Hi! I’m Monica Decker, the baker behind Decked-Out Dough.
At Decked-Out Dough, I believe there’s room for both—the comfort of a classic sourdough loaf and the excitement of dough that’s decked-out with incredible flavors. I love honoring traditional sourdough baking, while also having fun pushing it just a little further.
Every loaf begins with naturally fermented dough made using time-tested methods and simple, quality ingredients. My classic loaves are all about texture, flavor, and that perfect tang you expect from great sourdough. From there, I build on that foundation by adding bold, creative flavors—savory, sweet, and seasonal—that make each loaf feel special without losing what makes sourdough great.
Decked-Out Dough is about craftsmanship, creativity, and making bread that fits every occasion—whether you’re craving a simple slice with butter and some flaky salt or something a little more adventurous. Each loaf is hand-crafted, thoughtfully flavored, and baked fresh with care.
